Refund policy

• We offers return and exchange policy.
• Return/Exchange need to be filed within 48 hour of item delivery.
• Customer will be responsible for all returning delivery charges.
• Customer need to make sure to send item back in same condition as they received.
• Damaged/Incomplete item will not liable for any return or exchange. WE could send back the item on customer’s expense.
• In case of return money will be transferred to customer’s bank account/Jazz Cash within 2-4 working days. we will deduct there cost of delivery.
• Return/Exchange Policy is not applicable on all custom orders.
